, PhD, is a Professor, Director of Graduate Education, and Associate Chair in the Department of Apparel, Events, and Hospitality Management at Iowa State University. Her research and teaching focuses on the effects of experiential aspects of retail environments on consumer behavior. Her research has appeared in an array of journals and she is a Fellow of the International Textile and Apparel Association (ITAA) and a Chutian Visiting Scholar for Wuhan University in China.
