About The Authors

Deanna Clark-Esposito is the Managing Attorney of the Clark-Esposito Law Firm, P.C. in New York City covering fashion, international trade, transportation and other legal matters. She is an Executive Member of Fashion Group International (NY) and the President of the New York chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade. She teaches at the Fashion Institute of Technology and is an avid presenter with several organizations, including the US Small Business Administration. Deanna is a native of San Francisco and resides in New York City.
